Oaks of Inwood, aka "Little Montrose" has experienced a recent increase in the number of GLBT households purchasing in the neighborhood
and probably has the most "family" members per capita of any of the Inwood neighborhoods. There are currently 27 and climbing
confirmed GLBT property owners in Oaks of Inwood.
The neighborhood is a tucked away little gem of gorgeous custom built homes
with lots of extra details that you don't typically find for the price. But you better hurry because with the surge of GLBT
buyers prices are quickly climbing.
Realtor Bob Beszborn purchased a home in Oaks of Inwood in the spring of 2010 and has quickly become the neighborhood "expert".
He's been very active in marketing the subdivision and has sold several homes in Oaks of Inwood. You can find his advertisements
